The Re-fuel Café is a friendly and welcoming place where customers can grab a coffee, tasty protein shake or one of our delicious meals and snacks from our menu.
Customer favourites include pancakes with a range of toppings, wraps, omelettes and burgers to name a few.
We are located inside of Empowered Fit Gym and we are open to everybody meaning you do not have to be a member of the gym to try our delicious food out!
Re-fuel count your calories for you, everything on our menu is fully trackable.
That means if you are working towards an individual fitness or health goal you can be certain that you will be able to count calories and manage those macros.
Everything on our menu is available for takeaway, so if you are in a rush or want to grab a bite to eat for later, just ask our chef to have your food to go! What’s more we also offer a grab and go section in the cafe.
